CitizenM Hotels Announces Its New Virtual Offices concept

CitizenM Hotels, an Amsterdam-based hotelier specializing in tech-friendly accommodations, has presented its new concept of a “virtual office”. The debut has taken place in CitizenM hotel in Glasgow and soon to be added to New York and London hotels of the company. The second property with such concept is CitizenM hotel in Amsterdam. These virtual offices will allow guests to rent office space for the needed period of time.

The name of the concept is SocietyM. The hotelier will devote some space for this purpose, which will be turned into fully equipped office space with designer developed meeting areas and free Wi-Fi. Everything is done to make work in such office as comfortable and efficient as possible.

At the moment these offices are available exclusively for members, who conclude at least one-year contract with the hotel. The cost of SocietyM starts at £50 per month. Members will also get various benefits like discounts for renting guestrooms and meeting rooms.

CitizenM is a new hotelier established only in 2008. The company claims to have as many as 20 hotels around the world by 2015. Currently the company develops hotels in London and New York, and aims to open hotels in Zurich, Milan, Paris and Hong Kong.
