Hyatt Hotels Corp. has announced the signing of the agreement with Bahagia Investment Corp. According to the deal Hyatt Hotels Corp. will manage Grand Hyatt hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The 412-key property is expected to greet its first guests already in 2012. This is also going to be the first Grand Hyatt property in Malaysia.
The hotel will be opened in a mixed-use complex that will also include business and trading facilities. Grand Hyatt will occupy floors 17-39. On the territory of the hotel will be located a signature restaurant with 298 seats, a café with 228 seats, a 102-sit bar at the swimming pool, and a lobby lounge on the roof featuring 74 seats. Among other facilities are 33,000 sq. ft. of business space, a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness center.
The accommodation features an advantageous location in so called Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Near the hotel are situated such famous sites of the city as Petronas Towers and Jalan Pinang. Visitors of the hotel will also have a direct access to business centers, museums, memorials and other sights of the city. Due to location this property will perfectly fit the needs of either business or leisure travellers.
