The CEO of the company Hemal Modi mentions this brand is created especially for Indians by Indians, so it may become truly popular in the country. The brand is tightly connected with national traditions and completely understands Indian pattern and heritage. The business model of the company includes the outsourcing of all back-of-house operations.
All rooms in the hotel feature Wi-Fi Internet and 32-inch plasma TVs. The size of guest rooms in Check-Inn New Delhi varies from 167 to 234 sq. ft. The price per one room starts from 4,999 rupees (around US $111) and includes breakfast.
The hotel in India is created on the basis of the cold-shell conversion. It took around nine months to open the hotel and each room of the 43-guestroom property cost 900,000 rupees per key (approximately US $20,000).
