John Campbell, the director of Food & Beverage division of Coworth Park boutique-hotel in Ascot (50 km away from London) has presented the concept of the new countryside boutique-hotel. The property, owned by Dorchester Collection, was opened in September 27, 2010.

Coworth Park hotel in Ascot will open 3 restaurants, one of which will be named in the name of John Campbell. This restaurant will offer a special “Shire Menu”, products for which will be delivered from the neighboring territories (max 112 km away). The restaurant has enough space for 66 persons and it will be located in the main building of the Gregorian manor.
