Fairmont Hotels & Resorts group, that owns a chain of hotels across China, has announced the launching of special Gold VIP services. They will be offered to guests in such hotels as Fairmont hotel in Beijing, Fairmont Yangcheng Lake and Fairmont Peace hotel in Shanghai.
As the hotelier’s management says, Gold VIP section will be an “exclusive oasis” within the hotel with wide selection of services for both corporate and leisure travelers. They will be offered a Fairmont Gold Butler services that include reserving tables in restaurants, planning events and even performing some secretary duties. A butler can pack or unpack your goods, make a bath or check your morning tea to make sure it will come in time and will fit your requirements.
“Gold guests” will have separated floor with individual check in. All guests are welcomed by a cocktail and have such special privileges during their stay as a complimentary breakfast, a honor bar, high speed Internet access and an afternoon tea with canapés. Sure, rooms for gold section are also better than standard ones. They are larger in space and are equipped with a 41-inch TV with DVD player, a computer, touchscreen IP phones, Bose Wave high quality speakers, tea and espresso machines. Bathrooms in such rooms have 24-carat gold rain-shower heads and luxury amenities provided by famous British perfumer Miller Harris.
Each of Fairmont’s hotels in China features a limited number of such Gold suites and rooms. Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai has 47 gold rooms while Fairmont Yangcheng offers 42 special rooms for VIP guests. The biggest number of Gold rooms is provided by Fairmont hotel in Beijing.
