A boutique hotel in Saint Tropez has opened its new gourmet Restaurant Collette. This luxurious and romantic restaurant is headed by a three Michelin star-rated chef Pierre Gagner.
The restaurant is named after the famous French novelists of the 20 th century Sidonie-Gabriel Colette. She settled in Saint Tropez in 1925 and bought a house close to the Sezz Saint-Tropez hotel.
According to asiatraveltips.com, Pierre Gagner will focus on Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with local products. The menu is very diverse and includes many unusual dishes such as beef tenderloin with red onion petals, lobster fricassee with basil, infusion of parsley fried mushrooms and tomato puree with fresh gherkins.
Dinner at Colette is a glamorous event. In order to keep with the sophisticated atmosphere of the French Riviera, the hotel in France has concluded a partnership with the famous champagne brand Dom PĂ©rignon for creating a stylish and modern bar next to the restaurant. The bar is the perfect place for enjoying an aperitif or champagne cocktails such as Geisha Tears or Velvet Lips.
