Located in the centre of the historic city of Sofia, Bulgaria, Hilton Sofia Hotel invites its guests to enjoy its new summer grill menu, that will be served on the restaurant terrace and available every night from 19 o'clock.
This summer barbecue concept was created by the chief cook, Jean-Huber Garnier, and combines the rich culinary experience of different cuisines from around the world.
Guests will be offered to choose snacks from the buffet, after that they will be able to taste the main dish of meat or succulent fish. Some of the specialties are: shrimp on bamboo spits, tender and juicy beef, Seafood Parrillada, which consists of mostly seafood like salmon, halibut, rockfish, shrimp or squid, grilled fillet of beef, pork ribs, turkey souvlaki, mix grilled asparagus, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms.
All main dishes are served with vegetables such as mushrooms, zucchini, fresh potatoes and peppers stuffed with feta cheese and oregano.
The guests can enjoy a snack and turkey souvlaki with garlic-yogurt sauce for just 15 euros (all taxes included).
