Ritz-Carlton has announced its plan to found a luxury hotel in Hong Kong that is expected to occupy 102 to 118 stories of the International Commerce Center – the tallest building in Hong Kong. The hotel's 312 rooms will occupy levels from 106 to 117. The rest will house restaurants, spa and wellness, conference and business areas and entertainment facilities. The hotel will also feature swimming pools and a rooftop restaurant, which offers a striking view of the city and surroundings.
There is an Italian restaurant featuring an open kitchen, a Chinese restaurant, and the Lobby Lounge. The building is set right opposite Victoria Harbor and provides beautiful views on the harbor and the island. The interior conveys a sense of modernity and romance.
Slated to open in December 2010, Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong will be one of the highest price luxury hotels in Hong Kong.
