Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc, and Budhouse Group Ltd have signed a management agreement to maintain Four Points by Sheraton, a new 167-room hotel in Zaporozhye – a rapidly evolving Ukraine's industrial capital. The city is found Southeast of Kiew on the river Dnepr that connects the Black Sea and Odessa city with the capital of Ukraine.
Slated to open in the late 2011, Four Points by Sheraton Zaporozhye will be Starwood Hotels & Resorts's grand debut in the country. The hotel is part of a versatile hotel complex, and it will feature a stylish restaurant, lobby bar, lounge, theme bar, negotiation and meeting rooms, business center and fitness area. Guests will enjoy scenic views on the river Dnepr and Hortitsa Island.
Roeland Vos, President of Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, calls the hotel a milestone object in East Europe. He emphasized the importance of reaching new boundaries and the company's striving to cooperate with Budhouse Group in Ukraine and promote Zaporozhye as a major business city.
