Town Hall in London Has Become a Hotel

Town Hall in London has become a new luxury hotel. Located in the East End, Town Hall has become a new major attraction on the rapidly growing tourist market.

The Edwardian-style Town Hall features 98 luxury rooms and suites. Design Hotels, the hotel manager group, has left original interiors and many other rooms, including the hall with marble walls, broad stairways and the counselor's office, untouched.

The fashion hotel in London has standard guestrooms, but suites differ in the number of rooms; you can either book a studio suite or three-room apartments or the luxury De Monfort suite.

Presented in the hotel are pictures by modern artists, mostly East London Arts School representatives. There are a fitness center, spa with a swimming pool and a restaurant by Portuguese chef Nuno Mendes.

The price is $293 per stay. The hotel provides a 50-percent discount until June 15.
