Stenos Ltd. invests more than £60 in the construction of “Aquatoria”, a new hotel complex in Russia, in the resort are Gelengik, not far from the future Olympics location Sochi. According to a source in local administration, Alexander Tkatchev, the region’s governor, Victor Chrestinin, Gelenjik’s mayor, and the head of the company signed a trilateral agreement during their visit to the MIPIM-2010 International Exhibition.
“The new complex includes all basic elements of modern-style rest: four ultramodern design hotels, sports and entertainment center, open area swimming pool with attractions for kids, 100-seat restaurant, underground parking” said the official representative of the local government. The new complex is expected to attract guests from around Russia and abroad. He also noted that the complex will provide more than 200 vacancies for local residents.
