Saint Petersburg Hotels: Four New Ones, with Two in the Downtown Area

Local government has given green light for the construction of 4 new hotels in Saint Petersburg. Two of them will be erected in the downtown area, on Mayakovskaya and Gorochovaya streets. The other two will be built in Frunzenski and Primorsky districts.

Hotel Invest Ltd. has purchased a 1,152 square meter piece of land east of House 5/B located on Mayakovskaya Street. St. Petersburg Real Estate Agency is about to plan and survey the area near House 45/A located on Gorochovaya Street. The company has received a substantial amount of land, consisting of 5 smaller areas and totaling 3,684 square meters, intended for a hotel complex with an underground garage.

In Frunzensky district, a budget hotel will be erected near the Bypass Canal, north-west of House 64/A. The Special Automation Design Construction Bureau has received a 741 square meter piece of land and is ready to initiate construction.

“Architectura” will build a luxury hotel complex with a public business center on the bank of the Tchornaya Rechka (‘black little river’), northwest of House 5/A located on Shkolnaya Street.
