Hampton Hotels has announced the opening of 17 new properties over the first two months of 2010, with more than 1,600 rooms. The new hotels have opened in Mississippi, Texas and Alabama, and Hampton Inn & Suites opened in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Colorado, South Dakota, Alabama, New Jersey, Wyoming, Connecticut, Oklahoma and California. Hampton Hotel is a major brand of Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hampton and Hilton Hotels with an extensive network of hotels in this country and abroad.
Phil Cordell, the head of brand management, expressed his pleasure with the kick-off. In interviews, he stressed the importance of customers’ satisfaction with the service, and this is “the foundation of our brand and a key reason for Hampton’s continued growth”, he said.
