The unique two-level garden on the library's roof was opened in 2002, and its area is more than a hectare. The garden is striking with its exquisite decoration, including a rich collection of exotic plants presented here. In the midst of this natural splendor, there are lovely walking paths, beautiful water cascades and artificial ponds, many beautiful benches installed for visitors to the park. Budget tourists will be pleased with the fact that the charming garden can be visited for absolutely free of charge. The so-called Upper Garden is considered one of the best viewing platforms in town, offering a magnificent view of Warsaw historic streets and the river Vistula.
