An outstanding landmark is Biblioteca Amatori. Its massive facades and elegant windows with tiles, immediately draws attention of passersby to it. The library is located in the Palazzo Benincasa building, next to Loggia dei Mercanti. The building was constructed in the 15th century, and occupies almost half a street 50 meters long. Chiesa Del Gesù was built in a style considered unusual for a Christian church. The facade was designed by the architect Vanvitelli in neoclassical style. Today, various exhibitions are held here.
