Remember, that children here are allowed to do anything. If there is a child with you, in almost every café they will bring him a high chair and maybe even give a free ice cream. Italian kids are quite noisy, and you can meet them almost everywhere – from children playgrounds to posh restaurants and boutiques in a shopping center. You should be ready for that. The locals are friendly to tourists and want to get the same in return. Remember, that family plays a big role in the lives of the Italians, and most of thirty-something men still live with their parents.
