The system of public transportation of the city is presented with buses and trams. At night the city is cruised by a special type of night buses running after 23:00. A cost of a trip during daytime is about 2 or 5 Euro meanwhile at night the rate will raise up to 2 or 4 Euro. Prudent tourists are recommended to get a travel pass which can be valid through one or several days.
TGV speed trains depart from the central railway station every day and run to various destinations. Tourists will easily get to any neighboring city by these trains. A cost of a trip by a speed train is still kept at an affordable rate with the traveling time being the shortest.

Tourists should keep in mind that the road traffic through the historic center of the city is limited. The best way to explore the sites and landmarks of the historic area is on foot as most objects of tourist attraction are located in close vicinity to each other.
