Preparing your trip to Malaga: advices & hints - things to do and to obey

At night the public transport is presented with four bus routes cruising the main streets of the city. The cost of one trip is about 1 Euro. Everybody can buy a travel pass for certain number of trips.
2. The same convenient means of transport is a taxi. A taxi cab can be taken from specialized taxi parking lots, called by phone or even caught on the road. A “libre” indicator means a free taxi car meanwhile an “ocupado” sign stands for an occupied taxi car.
The center of the city is advised to cruise on foot as all the significant landmarks and city sights as well as entertaining centers are located within walking distance from each other. The central streets of Malaga are safe to walk even late at night and the strolls to the remote areas of the city late in the evening should better be avoided.
4. Travelers visiting Malaga for the first time are recommended to visit one of the tourist offices. A large tourist information center is located on the territory of the airport, another one is set in the center of the city. The offices provide the tourists with leaflets containing the description of landmarks and sights, bus table and city map for free as well as inform the tourists on the dates of holding cultural and entertaining events of the city.
5. Prudent tourists will love local street cafes as they scattered around the significant landmarks. Such establishments offer to the tourists simple and affordable ethnic dishes, refreshing drinks and hot pastry. The only down side of the establishments of the kind is that there are no café halls. 6. Malaga is rich in voluntary retail markets where local people offer different goods.
