Sanya, China, Offers Visa-Free Travel

That said, there are certain limitations and restrictions that travelers must follow in order to be eligible. Individual travelers and groups must book their tours to Sanya using travel agencies that have the Hainan Province registration. Moreover, these agencies must be approved by the China National Tourism Administration. So travelers cannot just book a hotel in Sanya independently and head to the popular resort.
