Nobu Hospitality has revealed their ambitious plans to open more hotels next year. In total, the hotelier plans to have as many as 20 Nobu-branded properties in their portfolio by 2020. The brand has got worldwide recognition mostly thanks to Nobu restaurants around the world. These fine restaurants have become a synonym of fabulous design, freshest ingredients, a passion for service, and, of course, greatest fusion cuisine. In 2009, it was decided to launch Nobu Hotels. The brand itself was founded by three people Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper in 1994.
The hotelier describes their brand as a constantly evolving one. It already has its own well-established segment globally, but Nobu does not plan to stop on the achieved result and want to expand their presence, attracting “next generation customers”.
Customer-related content remains one of the key aspects of the business of the famous brand. Nobu Hotels try to draw the attention of potential customers and grow a base of regular guests by offering memorable experiences and exciting products that customers may not find anywhere else. According to the company’s management, they do not want to create a copy of other hotel brands that already operate in the business. At the same time, they see the connection to local culture and heritage an important factor that will help to make visitors satisfied.
Many hotels by Nobu are already operating successfully. For example, Nobu Shoreditch Hotel in London enjoys not only a great destination but also allows its guests to get a direct access to the local market. This hotel is also a great choice for all connoisseurs of modern art. Nobu Hotel Miami is all about beach, sun, and ocean. The newly opened Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is named after one of the best hotels in the world.
Some Nobu hotels offer extra experiences for their guests, such as Nobu City of Dreams Hotel in Manila and Nobu Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas. Both the properties are a part of large casino and entertainment complexes. This year, Nobu will open hotels in Barcelona, Riyadh, Chicago, Marbella, Los Cabos, and Palo Alto. Within two years, new hotels will appear in Sao Paulo, Atlanta, and Toronto. The philosophy of the brand will be unchanged relax, live, eat, and enjoy authentic local experiences.
