Marriott International has added a new European property to its hotel portfolio. This time, it’s a hotel in Aberdeen, Scotland. Operating under the Residence Inn brand, the hotel marks the debut of the internationally famous hotelier in the extended-stay segment of the famous Scottish city. With its prime location and a well-developed infrastructure, the hotel is hopefully to become a success.
Residence Inn Aberdeen is located in Marischal Square right in the heart of the city. The new hotel has 126 studios and one-bedroom suites perfect for travelers who want to stay longer in Aberdeen or crave for extra comfort while away from home. Both the studios and suites have fully equipped kitchens with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and hob. There are also comfortable sleep and work areas.
Thanks to the upscale design, the accommodations look sophisticated and up-to-date. Residence Inn hotel in Aberdeen also offers a well-developed infrastructure for its guests. The amenities available are the lobby area that works 24/7, Wi-Fi access, restaurant, a free self-service laundry, and buffet breakfast. The newly opened Residence Inn Aberdeen joins the rapidly growing portfolio of Marriott International. Earlier this year, the hotelier opened one more extended stay property in the UK Residence Inn London Bridge. One more London hotel, Residence Inn London Kensington, is set to open at the beginning of 2018. The 308-suite hotel will offer simple access to such iconic places as The Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre, the Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, The Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Museum of Science.
