Badrutt’s Palace, one of most popular hotels in the Swiss resort of St. Moritz, celebrates its 120th birthday these days. Named as “Twelve decades, twelve stories”, the hotel will offer a special birthday program with a dozen of stories to mark its glorious long history.
Throughout 2016, guests will be able to enjoy a number of special treats and learn more about long history of Badrutt’s Palace. The hotel will regularly host special afternoon tea parties reminiscent of the one that was held at the hotel when it was opened in 1896. The afternoon tea will feature exclusive pastries made by chef from The Goring Hotel in London. The hotel promises a true “afternoon of British humor” in every tea party they make. There is also an exclusive package that is first offered to guests on Valentine’s Day. The package includes transfer to St. Moritz via private jet, a helicopter ride around picturesque Alpine peaks, a luxury 12-course dinner and a special cocktail with a 1.2 carat diamond by Graff.
All guests of the hotel will be invited to explore glorious history of Badrutt’s Palace that was a favorite of such famous personalities as Audrey Hepburn and Alfred Hitchcock. The story throws light upon construction and evolution of the hotel and its signature green tower.
