Expansion Plans of Hilton in Austria and Germany

Hilton Worldwide will soon add 10 new hotels to its German and Austrian portfolio. This has become possible thanks to strategic partnership with Primestar Hospitality, which is formerly known as Interstar Hotel GmbH. The new additions will be mostly branded as Hampton by Hilton and will be located in key cities of the abovementioned countries.

Not all new hotels have been revealed yet. It is known that the first hotel to be added to the portfolio is Hilton Berlin Alexanderplatz. All the 10 hotels will be newly constructed ones, mostly in central city locations so there is constant demand from the side of both business and leisure travelers. The whole portfolio will be managed by Primestar, and Hilton will act as franchising company.

Current pipeline of Hilton Worldwide in Germany and Austria includes 35 properties which are in trading or under development process. 13 out of these 35 will be branded by Hampton by Hilton or Hilton Garden brands.
