Steigenberger Comes to London Market
Steigneberger will finally enter London hotel market. The company was appointed to manage The Great Scotland Yard Hotel in London that is set to open in 2017. The new hotel will be opened in accordance with partnership between LuluGroup International and Galliard Homes, while Steigenberger will act as a managing company. The hotel will operate under the signature brand of the hotelier, making, therefore, the debut of the company on London market.
This is going to be a converted hotel. Originally a Scotland Yard police station, the building will be transferred into a 5-star hotel. The building was purchased by Galliard Homes yet in December 2013, and recently it was secured by LuLu Group so the opening of the hotel became reality.
Hotel owners plan to convert the building into an outstanding 5-star hotel that will attract visitors not only by its convenient central location but also by its modern design and reputable services.
