Marriott Debuts With Two Hotels in Macau
Hotel design is known as a crucial point as details are important in creating right atmosphere and helping guests remember the hotel and wish to return to it in future. The problem of hotel design becomes very important if the building has more than one hotel in it. This is what happened to Marriott that opened two hotels in one building. Both its JW Marriott Hotel Macau (1015 keys) and The Ritz-Carlton Macau are located in same Galaxy Macau development. The Ritz-Carlton Macau also became the first all-suite hotel in Marriott’s portfolio – the hotel consists of 250 suites.
However, designers faced a problem when it was clear the hotels will be located in same building. JW Marriott hotels use warm palette with numerous geometric details, while the Ritz-Carlton hotels have similar design concept but in cooler tones. Guests of both the hotels will surely find superb service, gourmet culinary, and luxury facilities that will satisfy even the most discerning guests. With opening of the two Marriott properties, the hotelier hopes to redefine the meaning of luxury in Macau and provide the best for their guests.
