Westin Hotels & Resorts cares about quality night sleep of its clients, and so the company launched Heavenly Bed initiative many years ago. This year, the hotelier celebrates the 15th anniversary of the initiative by launching new partnership with Lark Technologies, one of leading companies in the area of wellness. Together, the companies developed a new program, Sleep Sensor Wearable-Lending. During the program, the hotelier asked its guests to… sleep louder!
The program was available in selected Westin hotels around the world, such as The Westin Frankfurt, The Westin New York Times Square, The Westin Sydney, The Westin Abu Dhabi, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, and The Westin Palace Milan. During their stay guests were invited to try the Lark Up Sleep Monitor, Personal Sleep Coach, and Silent Alarm Clock. These devices analysed sleeping pattern of guests, helping to achieve best sleep at night. Lark Technologies will also share its research on the subject with Westin to help improving its famous Sleep Well pillar.
Guests, who participated in the program, could get really useful tips from a company that is a professional researcher with scientific approach to sleep. Optimal sleep of the participating Westin guests was reached thanks to a scientific sleep monitor connected to an expert app. This monitor improved quality of sleep of 70% of guests within just one month. Special sleep monitor tracks millions of micro-movements that people make during their sleep. This helps making their sleeping pattern and finding most important factors that affect sleep. Once that’s done, guests receive visualized data of their sleep with explanations and advice how to improve quality of sleep.
