The combined price for the three hotels is £132.3 million, but they are also available for purchase individually.
The Radisson Blu hotel in Edinburgh enjoys beneficial location on the Royal Mile. The 238 guestroom hotel has leisure facilities, meeting rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant and bar. The hotel complex also includes a hostel for youth and retail facilities. The hotel is managed by Rezidor in accordance with 24 years contact that is unexpired. The guide price of this property is £59 million.
The next hotel, the Quay Leisure Park Glasgow, is also located in the central part of the city near the River Clyde. The complex includes an Ibis hotel and 13 leisure units, all located on the area of approximately 15.9 acres. Near the hotel guests will find such entertaining facilities as Odeon Cinemas, ALEA Casino, The Original Bowling Company, and Mecca Bingo. The price for this hotel is £53.3 million.
Finally, The Park Inn by Radisson Manchester City Centre is also located in a popular part of the city close to NOMA and the Phones4U Arena. The 252 guestroom hotel has a restaurant, a bar, leisure and meeting facilities, and several conference rooms. The hotel is managed by Rezidor and the contract is also unexpired.
As hotel markets of Edinburgh and Manchester are popular with investors, these rarely available hotels may draw much attention and may change owners soon.
