It’s not a secret that these days large hotel companies are ready to do almost anything to offer something new and interesting and to provide guests with best service. Marriott International is no exception. Now the British branch of the company wants to hear opinion of hotel guests on guestrooms in the future. The company is particularly interested in opinion of the so called Millennials. Visitors are welcome to vote on the guestroom concept they like by October 20.
The concepts were developed by five “leaders” that belong to different categories of Millennials. These are, for example, “the financial foodies” (fans of food who prefer to ditch their well-paid jobs to start a career in food industry) or “the fashionista mumpreneurs” (self-employed fashion loving parents who are keen on social media). Among these leaders there are rugby star Danny Care and TV host Katie Piper. They all developed and presented to public their special room designs. The designs include some really interesting and unusual solutions, for example, mind-controlled projectors or a wall that will show your Instagram account in real time.
If you want to vote for the design of the future, simply visit Marriott’s Travel Brilliantly website and leave your feedback on design and best elements. The winning design will be built at Westfield hotel in London as a show room and will be available from October 27 to November 2.
