Phulay Bay, a resort by Ritz-Carlton in Krabi, Thailand, offers new service for travellers. The company wants its guests not only to enjoy their stay at the resort, but also to take something home. Now guests can take culinary experiences to their home countries and enjoy remote video lessons.
Guests, who participate in Raw Thai Retreat, a new culinary program by Phulay Bay, or who attend one of cooking or mixology classes at the resort, will be able to order private one-on-one video tutorials by Internet. These classes will be performed by members of culinary team of Phulay Bay.
Currently, Phulay Bay offers several culinary programs for its guests. Raw Thai Retreat is a five day long culinary program, during which guests will visit local food market in Krabi, learn more about Thai food and ingredients, will select various ingredients and then use them to cook different dishes. Moreover, Bartanicals at Phulay Bay will teach guests how to create various cocktails, get the most from herbs and other ingredients that are planted on the garden in the territory of the resort.
Currently, Phulay Bay offers several various cooking lessons available online on one-on-one basis. They include simple dishes, kid Thai pastry menus, and advanced dishes. The company promises to add more recipes to the list in future.
