Last month, InterCityHotel marked its presence in one of most famous cities of Bavaria Ingolstadt, which is also known as an important city for automobile industry of the country. The new hotel is the 36th property for the German hotelier InterCityHotel GmbH. The hotel has a convenient location close to the Central Station and the Audi Forum. InterCity Ingolstadt belongs to upper-mid class segment, and it will be a good choice for both business and leisure travellers.
The new hotel belongs to the latest generation of InterCity hotels. It has 144 guestrooms, even the smallest of which is at least 20 sq. m. All guestrooms in the hotel have sound insulation and are equipped with a minibar, air conditioning and satellite TV (free Sky channels included). Guestrooms for disabled guests are available upon request. Guests are also welcome to use free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. To the service of business visitors the hotel offers a Business Corner with several rooms and large desks. Dining facilities are represented by a restaurant, a bistro lounge, and a bar that will offer international cuisine and convenient space for rest and entertainment in the evening. InterCity hotel in Ingolstadt also offers quite an unusual service FreeCityTicket, which enables guests of the hotel to use public transport in the city for free.
The design of the new hotel was developed by Höldrich Architekten, a Munich-based design company. Interior designs are the result of work of Dreesen & Partner of Düsseldorf and Burbacher Objekt Consult GmbH & Co. KG of Burbach.
