Hyatt Place hotel in Amsterdam Airport finally greets its visitors. The opening of the new hotel is a part of the global expansion strategy aimed to expand the number of Hyatt Place hotels outside the US. Among new additions to the brand’s portfolio are hotels in India, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico, and in Europe the internationally famous company opened a hotel in Armenia in the beginning of 2014. Currently, over 180 Hyatt Place hotels operate around the world.
In the statement regarding the opening of the Amsterdam hotel, Hyatt mentioned they were making plans regarding the opening of Hyatt-branded hotels in all key destinations in the world. The Amsterdam hotel has been developed with modern traveller in mind. The hotel fits both business and leisure travellers who are tech conscious and enjoy their fast lifestyle. The hotel is located in the Hoofddorp area of the hotel. Guests are welcome to use free shuttle to Schiphol Airport and back. The hotel also has convenient connection with The Hague and Amsterdam Congress Centre.
In the new hotel guests will find 330 spacious guestrooms, each of which is equipped with Hyatt bed, a large 42” flat screen TV, convenient bathroom with amenities, and even an iPod dock. Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, free hot breakfast, free public computers with Internet access, and 367 sq. m. of meeting facilities and function space. Dining facilities are represented by a full-service restaurant and a 24/7 Gallery Market that sells takeaway beverages, snacks, and salads.
The new hotel is equipped with the modern renewable energy system. Both heating and cooling are performed by a deep thermal storage system. The hotel’s central pump is connected to hot and cold water supply, and this water is used to heat or cold the building.
