This month guests of Dynasty 8 restaurant located in Conrad hotel in Macao have an opportunity to try the special tea-pairing menu. The menu includes various Chinese delicacies and is available during this month through December 22.
The menu was developed by Master Chef Wong Man. He combined many precious ingredients from all over the world to create an exclusive menu that will please even most discerning visitors. Here you will find crystal prawns fried in wok together with black truffles. This dish is served will chilled Longjing tea with plum flavor. Sake braised Canadian beef shortribs are offered together with quality pu-erh tea. Jasmine tea has another coupling dish five grained yin and yang abalore. Desserts also have a coupling tea. Here milk tea ice cream and jelly made of Osmanthus are coupled with black tea with rose and lychee tastes.
Commenting the new menu, Chef Wong Man noted he wanted to use rather simple ingredients and create something really great with their help. He did a huge job finding what dishes fit certain beverages, and how to combine different flavors so that they complement each other and not contradict with each other.
