InterCity Hotel in Berlin is Now Officially Open
Even though the hotel has been accepting guests for several weeks already, last week InterCityHotel GmbH celebrated its grand opening. The opening ceremony, during which the key to the hotel was hung over, was visited by numerous company’s partners, guests and press. InterCity hotel in Berlin has already been valued and liked by numerous customers – the usual occupancy of the hotel is above 80%, and the demand for hotel rooms is growing.
The hotel has a female chief – Steffi Wisotzky. The newly appointed hotel director left for Berlin in 2012, and controlled all pre-opening works in order to make “her” hotel. Now Ms. Wisotzky is sure the new hotel has become a real landmark of the Europacity District.
The new hotel has 412 guestrooms that are equipped with free satellite TV and air conditioning system. InterCityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof also has special guestrooms for allergy sufferers and disabled guests. These rooms are available upon request. Just like any modern hotel, InterCity hotel in Berlin Hauptbahnhof is equipped with meeting and event space of 515 sq. m. The hotel’s Business Corner also has 10 conference guestrooms that are lit by natural daylight and can be combined flexibly. All meeting rooms are equipped with all necessary modern technologies. Moreover, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Dining facilities in InterCity hotel in Berlin are represented by a restaurant and a bistro/lounge. There is also an extra bonus – “FreeCityTicket”, which is available to all guests of the hotel free of charge. Guests are welcome to use the whole transport system of Greater Berlin and Potsdam without paying a thing.
