First of all, all guests are welcome to enjoy absolutely free complimentary breakfast. Another addition is a new service that allows borrowing items that are usually needed by travellers and that are often forgotten.
The first service is called The Morning Spread. Now guests are welcome to order a free omelet bar for breakfast. Moreover, vegetarian guests and customers with allergies can order a special menu, for example gluten-free food.
Hyatt Has It – Borrows is the name of another new service, thanks to which guests can borrow commonly needed items that are often forgotten or not taken because of the lack of space. These are phone chargers, blenders, curling irons and so on.
These are not all news from Hyatt. The company has added a new program for customers who stay 30 and more days in Hyatt House branded hotels. Because of The Very Important Resident program these customers will be able to get complimentary food, laundry credits and some other nice options. For example, you can choose to have the refrigerator in your room filled with your favorite groceries.
