New Hyatt Enhancements for Women

Hyatt Hotels Corp. has published its new series of enhancements that are targeted particularly at women. These enhancements were presented to public after an 18-month long research among female guests of Hyatt hotels. More than 40 groups around the world participated in the research.

Despite the fact that these improvements have been developed after talks to female visitors, Hyatt underlines that all guests of their hotels will certainly benefit from the new offerings. So, the first enhancement concerns special confirmation cards. These cards will be distributed among guests of Hyatt hotels. By using these cards, guests will be able to share their comments on the quality of room cleaning and other questions and needs. Hyatt management believes that these cards will improve the two-way communication that is so important for every company.

The next improvement concerns the brand new service of the company – Hyatt Has It. This service will provide hotel guests with various essential items that are important, but that are often forgotten by travellers – a phone charger, steamer, curling iron, makeup remover wipes, yoga mat, and so on. The items will be available in three options, to “keep”, “buy”, and “borrow”.

Finally, some changes have been made to hotels menus, and such offerings as smoothies and fresh juices have been added to menus. Moreover, guests will be offered to create their own sets. Hyatt reports that they have also made portions more balanced and that everything in their menus is based on the global food and beverage philosophy of the company – “Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served.”

The last improvement concerns bath amenities. Currently, Hyatt offers new bath amenities from Le Labo, KenetMD Skin Care, Aromapothecary, and June Jacobs.
