Value Hospitality has signed a license agreement with Service Legends Inc. concerning the opening of Value Hotel Worldwide and Value Inn Worldwide brands in South Korea.
These hotels will operate in upper midscale and upscale hotel segments. Despite a relatively low level of publicity, Vantage is known as the 8th largest hotel company of the world, and so guests of Vantage branded hotels in South Korea will enjoy the full range of benefits and services offered by the company. First hotels in the country will open already in 2013.
According to Joon Park, Service Legends CEO, a typical Value Inn hotel will have from 100 to 130 guestrooms, Wi-Fi Internet throughout a hotel, a fitness center, business and meeting facilities, and a free breakfast. Value Inn hotels will have around 150 guestrooms, and will feature various meeting facilities, restaurants, lounges, and a wide range of modern technologies available.
Vantage, which is very famous in China, decided to spread its interests beyond the country especially after the hotelier had got the right to develop Value Inn, Value Hotel, and Value Inn Signature hotels worldwide. The company’s current aim is Asia. Vantage is already in the process of negotiations with India’s Tarun Patel and Mukesh Mowji.
