Hyatt to Open a Hotel on Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok

Hyatt is to open its first Hyatt Regency hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The property will be managed by the hotelier in accordance with an agreement with Grande Asset Hotels and Property.

Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is to start operating in 2017. It will be located in Sukhumvit Road Soi 13 close to the Asoke station. The hotel will occupy a part of a mixed-use building. Apart from the hotel the building will include a chain of boutique stores and an upscale residential tower. The hotel will have 288 guestrooms and 26 suites. The design of Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit was developed by famous Thai design company Office of Bangkok Architects. The territory of the hotel will also include a restaurant with dishes from international cuisine, a specialty restaurant, and a bar.

Taking into consideration the location of the hotel, it is easy to guess that it will offer many services for business users. It will feature a meeting space of more than 1,000 sq. m, as well as a large ballroom perfect for all kinds of events. The new hotel will be also equipped with a fitness center, a lounge zone, and a swimming pool.

Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit will be the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Bangkok. Recently the hotelier has opened Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. There is also one more Hyatt hotel under construction – Prak Hyatt Bangkok.
