Viceroy Hotel Group has recently issued a report concerning the deal with Nef Bebeköy, an Istanbul-based development company. According to this agreement Viceroy will manage a newly built hotel in Istanbul, Turkey.
Viceroy Istanbul will be a 58 guestroom hotel, which rooms will be spread among 10 buildings. The territory of the resort is 6.4 hectares (16 acres) or amazing nature with magnificent views of the Bosporus. The hotel may become popular among people who enjoy interesting locations as the Bosporus is a unique place that separates Europe from Asia. The luxury hotel is scheduled for opening closer to the end of 2013. Guests of this high class accommodation will live in spacious apartments with various amenities. To the service of guests are a signature restaurant, a spa and a fitness center, a banquet hall, an art gallery and various meeting facilities.
The design of the hotel will bring guests back to the times of the Ottoman Empire, and undeveloped land will become a great place for walks and interesting pastime. This part of Turkey is currently known as one of the most sought after tourist destinations, so the new hotel may also be popular among visitors.
This is not the only hotel in Turkey by Viceroy as the company plans to open an accommodation in Bodrum.
