Carlson Will Keep Expanding Its Rezidor Hotels in India

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has announced the start of the partnership with the Indian company Bestech Hospitalities. The internationally renowned hotelier will invest $42 million into the building of two hotels in India, both of which will be operating under Park Inn brand. These will be Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Gurgaon and Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Chandigarh. This is just the beginning of the collaboration as Bestech has received the exclusive rights to develop Carlson’s hotels in the territory of north and central India. The companies plan to open as many as 49 Park Inn branded hotels by the end of 2024.

The management of the hotels will be done by the management company created by the two companies. Carlson tells that these hotels will feature the new generation of the internationally famous Park Inn by Radisson hotel brand. These new hotels will target primarily at the middle class, which grows quickly in India.

In future Park Inn hotels will appear in 11 states of India, namely, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Uttrakhand, and Haryana.

Bestech is one of the leading real estate companies in India. It was founded more than two decades ago and operates in such industries as real estate, construction, and development of commercial and residential facilities. Already five of the properties built by Bestech are branded by Carlson’s brands – Park Plaza and Radisson Blu.
