Hilton Worldwide has announced its 11th and 12th hotels in the UK. Both properties are located in London and have been purchased as a part of Mint Hotels portfolio (Hilton bought 8 hotels in the UK and Netherlands). The new hotels will operate under DoubleTree by Hilton brand.
DoubleTree by Hilton is one of the most dynamically developing brands in Europe. Since 2008 25 hotels have appeared in this region and other 25 are under development. Hilton slowly conquers Europe with its large chain of 220 operating hotels and 110 hotels in pipeline. Hilton covers various segments, so these days different travellers are likely to select its hotels.
The new additions have perfect location in Central London. DoubleTree by Hilton London-Tower is a magnificent 583-guestroom hotel with perfect position near the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. This hotel provides direct access to all main sights of the city. The second hotel is DoubleTree by Hilton London-Westminster with 460-guestrooms. This hotel is located in a walking distance to the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.
Both hotels in London have modern designs, large floor to ceiling windows in guestrooms and provide guests with magnificent views of the city and the River Thames. All rooms are equipped with various modern amenities. For example, there is an Apple iMac computer that works both as a computer and as a TV, in-room service, and Internet access. Business travellers will be also interested in these hotels as they offer innovative meeting spaces that can be transformed and adjusted in accordance with businesses’ needs.
