The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has reported it will debut on the market of the Austria’s capital Vienna. Ritz-Carlton Vienna is owned by Verny Capital – the company that is also the owner of Ritz-Carlton Moscow.
The magnificent 202 guestroom hotel will be located in Schubertring – one of the historical parts of the city that is famous by numerous historical sights and monuments. The majority of buildings here were built between 1860 and 1890. Hotel in Vienna may attract not only business travellers, but also business tourists as the city is widely known as one of the leading centers of classical music in Europe. In addition to special atmosphere, the city is known by such sights as Museum of Fine Arts or Vienna State Opera.
The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is located in 2 old palaces of the 19th century. Both buildings are added to the list of Austrian culturally protected properties.
