Wyndham Hotel Group, which is also known as the largest hotelier in the world in terms of the total number of hotels, has announced its new project. The company has just signed an agreement according to which the company will manage a hotel in Turkey. Wyndham Istanbul Kalamis Marina is scheduled for opening in autumn 2012. The owner of the new hotel is Reisler Deri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Siketi.
Wyndham is definitely interested in this country as the first Wyndham hotel in Turkey, Wyndham Petek Istanbul, was announced just a week ago. This hotel will start operating in 2012. The hotelier already has properties in this country working under other brands. These are 7 Ramada hotels opened in different parts of the country.
Both Wyndham hotels in Istanbul will be high class 5 star accommodations for most hard-to-please tourists. The hotelier tries to open Wyndham hotels in world’s most popular destinations, so Istanbul has long been a goal for the company.
Wyndham Istanbul Kalamis Marina will feature stunning looks of the Marmara Sea. The hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul on the exclusive Kalamis Marina. The five-story building will contain 211 guestrooms and one presidential suite. On the territory of the hotel will be also located 8 meeting rooms, a fitness center, a spa, an outdoor pool and another pool on the rooftop. The hotel’s dining options include 3 restaurants working all day long and 2 specialty restaurants.
