Swissôtel Launches Spa Centers of New Type

Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of sports and spa centers of the new type. The company’s aim is to provide customers with truly unique Swiss experience and approach to beauty and vitality. The new feature will be present in all Pürovel-branded centers of the company.

Unlike traditional spa centers that use artificial materials and modern design, Pürovel spas will have wood furniture, cozy design and walls decorated with panoramas of Swiss mountains. Everything is done to create “back-to-nature” feeling.

Lilian Roten, Swissôtel’s vice president of operations, has provided explanation to the new concept. New Swissôtel hotels will be closer to nature than other accommodations. Designers have tried to use only natural colors and rough textures. Hotel visitors usually expect to see polished shiny surfaces and artificial neon colors, but they are not found in nature. Swissôtel accommodations will be mainly made in “spring” and “fall” color schemes and will provide harmony and peace of mind to clients.

Swissôtel spas will also offer a series of exclusive procedures, which include the use of real Swiss herbs and massage oils. This program already works in Swissôtel hotels in Tallinn and Moscow. In the nearest future it will be added to the company’s hotel in Bremen. In 2012 hotels in China and India will be added to the program.
