Wyndham Hotel Group has announced the opening of 3 hotels in China. All hotels will be opened under the Ramada brand, including the first managed property in the country by the famous hotelier.
The owner of the managed property is Hainan Mingboda Real Estate Development Co, Ltd. The name of the managed property is Ramada Plaza hotel in Sanya. This is not the first collaboration between the two organizations as Wyndham already has the agreement concerning Wyndham Hotel Sanya also owned by this company.
Other two hotels, Ramada Plaza hotel in Shaoguan and Ramada Suzhou North, will be opened under the franchise agreement between Wyndham and Shaoguan Fengdu Real Estate Co. Ltd. and Suzhou Dingfeng Real Estate Development Co. ltd. respectively.
Wyndham representatives have already commented the news telling this fact demonstrates the strength and popularity of Wyndham services not only in the US and Europe, but also in the Asia Pacific region. Wyndham plans to develop the presence of Ramada brand in China in future.
There is also some information about the hotels. Ramada Suzhou North will have 278 guestrooms and is scheduled for opening in summer 2013 and will have 2 restaurants. The 320-key Ramada Plaza Shaoguan City Center will start operating in the beginning of 2012 and will also have 2 restaurants and a bar. Ramada Plaza Sanya will open its doors in summer June 2012. The hotel will have 496 guestrooms and will feature 3 restaurants and numerous facilities.
