Hilton Hotels Will Manage a Hotel in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Hilton Worldwide has just announced the singing of the new management deal concerning a hotel in Al Jubail (approximately 240 kilometers away from Al Khubar). The owner of the property is Dar Al Bayan Real Estate Development Co. The 430-key Al Jubail accommodation is set to launch in the beginning of 2014.

TThe construction of Hilton Al Jubail will start early in 2012. This hotel in Saudi Arabia will be a part of a complex that combines several hotels. The accommodations will be built at the waterfront and will have a direct access to Industrial Zone 1 also known as the main business district of Al Jubail.

The hotel will be positioned as a city resort that will provide both leisure and business travellers with comfort and high quality service. The owners of the hotel hope it will be also popular among business visitors who will value rich rest possibilities and proximity to business area. Especially for this purpose the hotel will be incorporated with a business center, four meeting rooms, two boardrooms, a huge 700 sq. ft. ballroom, an executive lounge and other business facilities. Hilton Al Jubail will be also suited for long-stay use.

Other facilities in this hotel will include a private beach, several outdoor swimming pools, a health club, one all-day restaurant, two specialty restaurants and a lobby lounge.

Rudi Jagerbacher, the president of Hilton Middle East and Africa, tells Al Jubail is one of the key destinations in the Middle East for the famous hotelier. This city becomes very important from the economic point of view, while coastal location makes it attractive for leisure travellers as well.

Hilton Worldwide currently has 6 hotels in Saudi Arabia that are already operating, and 13 properties under development.
