Solis Hotels Open Its First China Accommodation

Solis Hotels & Resorts has concluded an agreement with China Vanke Co. Ltd. – the largest real estate developer of China. Both companies plan to launch a new luxurious brand for this country.

The first accommodation is set to open already this June. Solis Vanke Center hotel in Shenzhen will have 200 guestrooms and will be equipped with a conference center and other business facilities. This summer will be opened just the first part of the development, while the rest is scheduled for debut on spring 2012. The hotel is designed by a famous architect company Steven Holl Architects. The hotel will also feature a 1,100 sq. m ballroom, an auditorium for 469 people, several rooms for negotiations and video conferences, and a 8,000 sq. m. Conference and Exhibition Center.

Vanke Center hotel Shenzhen is located in Yantian – a popular resort at the seaside. Not far away from the hotel is located a huge 1,800 m large Dameisha Beach that is popular due to large number of theme parks, golf fields, and even shopping centers. The hotel can be conveniently reached either from Shenzhen or from Hong Kong International Airports.
