Loucas Louca Buys Hilton Hotel in Manchester and Radisson Blu Hotel in Liverpool

The businessman from Cyprus Loucas Louca has just acquired two hotels in England – Hilton Manchester and Radisson Blu Liverpool. Both hotels were owned by Beetham Organization and were out of administration.

The total price of the agreement concerning the sale of Hilton Manchester Deansgate and Radisson Blu hotel in Liverpool is not disclosed. Both properties are known as iconic hotels in famous British cities, so the price of the deal is likely to be very high. In order to purchase these properties, Louca has founded two companies named Blue Liverpool and Blue Manchester. The companies were founded in October 2010 and Louca was listed as the only director in both firms.

According to both parties participating in the deal, the operation will be very smooth and both hotels will continue operating in their normal schedule without any disruptions. All staff of both accommodations will also keep its jobs and no fires will be applied.
