Renaissance hotel in Dubai will soon change its managing firm in favor of IHG that will reflag it as Crowne Plaza Dubai-Deira. The reopening of the hotel will be preceded by renovation works with total costs of US $55 million.
The owner of the property is Mohammed & Obaid Al Mulla LLC. The 281-key hotel is located in the Deira neighborhood of Dubai and will become the third property by the Crowne Plaza brand in the city.

The new Crowne Plaza Dubai-Deira will have 203 luxurious rooms, 37 suites and 41 club rooms. After the renovation the total number of rooms will be increased to 302. Currently the building is in the process of renovation, while a sauna, a health club, a whirlpool and a swimming pool are ready. In the nearest future will be also finished 6 food outlets that will offer various types of food and entertainment programs.
