Starting from December 2010 Hotel El Prado hotel in Madrid will be functioning under the name All Seasons Madrid Prado. This will be the first property under the new brand owned by Accor. The hotel will be managed under a joint venture with the owner of the property, Antonio Perez Gil.
The hotel is located in the center of the Spain’s capital just nearby the central railway station Estacion de Atocha, Prado museum and the museum of the Queen Sophia. The 48-key hotel will be equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet. All 7 floors of the building will be devoted to the theme of wine and its making. After the rebranding the hotel will continue working in its normal schedule for several next months, however, it will be then redesigned to fit the new brand.
All Seasons will be a chain of 3-star hotels in the cities of Spain. All properties will be managed by Accor under the joint venture contracts. Recently the company has made a press release stating they will be happy to add new hotels to this brand. It’s forecasted in the beginning of 2011 the number of properties around the world will reach 100.
