The so-called million-star hotel is located on a wheat field near a famous health resort Bad Kissingen in Bavaria. This unique accommodation with no walls and ceilings has been just carved into a field under the open sky, then beds have been put in to give the hotel guests an opportunity to enjoy stunning views of the starry night sky from their beds. The kitchen and toilets are also in the open air. The "room" prices range between € 3-7 per day.
The hostess of the "estate", 42-year-old Monika Fritz says that her hotel deserves its million-star rating - probably implying the night starry sky. The hotel will be operating until harvest time comes.
It should be noted that hotel rooms that have been rebuilt from the old barns, where you can sleep in a haystack, are getting more and more popular in Germany and other Central European countries.
Swedish hoteliers , for example, recently opened a mini-hotel on the tree.
